Responsible For
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with their goals and budget.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts and increase revenue.
  • Handle client requests, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.
Additional Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is required.
