Responsible For
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.

- Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, including insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts and increase revenue.
- Handle client requests, inquiries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients.
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a related role, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
